Restricted Jurisdictions

Participation in the RGG ecosystem is not permitted in certain jurisdictions. Specifically:

United States: RGG tokens are not offered to, or intended for, persons or entities who are citizens, residents, domiciled in, or located within the United States of America (including its territories and possessions).

Sanctioned Countries: RGG tokens may not be acquired or used by individuals or entities located in, or subject to the jurisdiction of, any country or region subject to comprehensive trade or financial sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, or other applicable authorities (including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba).

By engaging with the RGG ecosystem, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident or citizen of any restricted jurisdiction, and that you comply with all applicable laws in your place of residence. RGG reserves the right to implement geo-blocking, KYC/AML checks, or other measures to enforce these restrictions.

Ecosystem Purpose: The RGG is designed to facilitate an open and decentralized ecosystem, tailored explicitly for streamers, content creators, and their audiences. The mission is to develop tools, platforms, and economic systems that empower individual creators to thrive independently of centralized media platforms. Each system, encompassing gaming, advertising, and governance, is founded upon this community-first principle at its core.

Use at Your Own Risk Participation in the RGG ecosystem—including but not limited to interactions within Streamfall, mission-based airdrops, and governance votes—is undertaken at the exclusive risk and discretion of the participant. No entity affiliated with RGG shall be

held liable for any loss of digital assets or damage resulting from engagement with RGG utilities, games, or partners.

RGG is not responsible for the success, profitability, or outcomes of advertising campaigns, affiliate promotions, or business partnerships conducted within the ecosystem. Each business assumes full responsibility for ensuring the legality and effectiveness of its campaigns.
