Technical Roadmap (2026)

A. Technical Roadmap – Decentralized Ad System

The Decentralized Ad System is the technological backbone of RGG, designed to reimagine how businesses, creators, and communities interact with digital advertising. Instead of centralized intermediaries extracting value, RGG turns advertising into a gamified, transparent, and community-driven economy where every participant benefits.

The system will be developed in progressive phases, each one expanding the reach of RGG’s ad engine into new platforms and ecosystems. Beginning with a web-based mission hub, it evolves into viral messaging apps, expands across millions of players in private game servers, and ultimately becomes a plug-and-play infrastructure for the entire internet.

This roadmap ensures that businesses gain efficient and measurable exposure, creators unlock new monetization channels, and players are rewarded for their time and engagement. Each phase builds upon the one before it, creating a network effect that positions RGG as a global standard for decentralized advertising.

Phase 1: Gamified Ad Platform (Web)

Timeline: Q4 2025

The first step in the Decentralized Ad System is the launch of the Gamified Ad Platform directly on the RGG website. This phase introduces the awareness ad type, where users engage with lightweight, mission-driven advertising campaigns designed to build brand visibility and community interaction.

  • Awareness Ads (Mission Type 1): Users complete simple missions such as watching content, following social channels, or sharing campaigns. Each interaction rewards them with RGG tokens via a drip system, reinforcing both engagement and token utility.

  • Direct Advertiser Access: Businesses will be able to launch campaigns directly into the RGG ecosystem, bypassing intermediaries. At the same time, the system will connect with ad exchanges, bridging Web2 demand with Web3 distribution.

  • Creator Revenue Streams: Creators earn by referring users to campaigns and receive a percentage of all ad revenue driven by their communities. This transforms creators into active partners, not passive participants.

  • Transparency & Fairness: All campaign budgets, impressions, and payouts are recorded transparently on-chain, ensuring advertisers know where their spend is going and communities trust the system.

Phase 2: Telegram Mini-Games & Apps

Timeline: Q1 2026

The second phase expands the Decentralized Ad System into Telegram mini-games and bots, unlocking one of the most viral and active ecosystems in the world. With over 900 million monthly users, Telegram offers the ideal environment for testing gamified advertising at scale, while providing creators with powerful tools to monetize their communities.

  • Gamified Ads in Mini-Games: Players engage with lightweight games and missions (e.g., completing levels, referrals, or timed challenges) that are sponsored by advertisers. Completion triggers on-chain rewards in RGG tokens or partner tokens.

  • Creator Growth Tools: Creators can launch their own Telegram bots or mini-apps with embedded RGG missions. By leveraging Telegram’s viral sharing mechanics, creators can expand their reach and earn a direct cut of ad spend.

  • Direct & Exchange Ads: Campaigns originate from both direct businesses and ad exchanges, enabling instant liquidity flow between Web2 advertisers and Web3 engagement.

  • Network Effect: Every new creator who adopts the system amplifies reach, creating a viral growth loop that benefits advertisers, players, and the RGG ecosystem.

  • 50+ creators onboarded with their own Telegram bots or apps.

  • 50K+ daily ad interactions inside Telegram mini-games.

  • First 1M cumulative mission completions through Telegram.

  • Integration of both direct ad campaigns and at least one ad exchange.

Phase 3: Game Server Plug-ins

Timeline: Q2–Q3 2026

The third phase expands the Decentralized Ad System to private servers for games like Minecraft, GTA V (FiveM), and Roblox. These communities are among the largest under-monetized markets in gaming, with over 7 million daily active players across more than 50,000 servers worldwide.

Through plug-ins, server owners can embed brand-sponsored missions directly into gameplay. Unlike earlier stages where rewards are mostly token-based, Phase 3 focuses on in-game items and experiences as rewards — making sure advertising integrates smoothly into the player journey.

  • Interactive Ad Missions: Players complete branded in-game challenges (e.g., scavenger hunts, custom builds, time trials) that are sponsored by businesses.

  • In-Game Rewards: Completion grants cosmetic skins, gear, power-ups, or event access, delivered instantly within the server.

  • Server Owner Monetization: Owners share in advertiser budgets, with rewards distributed to their communities in a way that enhances retention and engagement.

  • Advertiser Reach: Brands establish a presence in highly engaged micro-communities, connecting with players through fun, interactive missions rather than disruptive ads.

Phase 3 Flow Breakdown

  1. Advertiser/Business

  2. Defines campaign and brand assets (e.g., themed skins, item drops, or custom quests).

  6. Verifies completion through server-side checks and logs.

  7. Player/User

  8. Joins in-server events or challenges. Earns exclusive in-game items or cosmetics, reinforcing both fun and value.

  9. Gains status within the community for completing brand-linked missions.

  10. Server Owner/Admin

  11. Installs the RGG plug-in to enable sponsored missions.

  12. Receives a portion of the campaign spend.

  13. Enhances retention by offering exclusive rewards and engaging events.

  • First 100 servers integrated with RGG plug-ins. ≥500K players rewarded with in-game items.

  • Partnerships with at least 10 advertisers launching branded in-game missions.

  • Expansion into the top server ecosystems (Minecraft, GTA V, Roblox).

The fourth phase transforms the Decentralized Ad System into a plug-and-play monetization layer for the entire internet. Through a simple iframe embed, creators, communities, and businesses can deploy the RGG ad engine on any website — instantly gamifying user engagement and generating new revenue streams.

  • Universal Deployment: Any website, from fan forums to e-commerce shops, can embed RGG’s ad module in just a few lines of code.

  • Gamified Ad Hub: Users complete missions directly inside the site environment — watching content, joining communities, or interacting with partner campaigns.

  • Customizable Skins: Communities can brand and customize the iFrame experience, making the ad system feel native to their platform.

  • Flexible Rewards: Depending on the integration, rewards can include tokens, discount codes, loyalty points, or exclusive access, providing advertisers and site owners with complete flexibility.

  • Network Effect: The embed model transforms RGG into a universal ad protocol — able to scale across websites, apps, and digital communities worldwide.

  10. Earns tokens, loyalty rewards, or site-specific perks upon completion.

  11. Gains incentives to stay engaged with both RGG and the host site.

  12. Creator/Community/Website Owner

  13. Embeds the RGG iFrame with no coding required.

  14. Instantly enables gamified monetization on their site.
