Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

RGG may implement limited forms of automated decision-making and ranking mechanisms within the ecosystem. These are designed to enhance user experience, secure the environment, and facilitate fair distribution of platform features (e.g., airdrop eligibility, ad reward qualification, or anti-abuse filters). However, all such automation operates without access to or reliance on personally identifiable information (PII). Any categorization or moderation is strictly based on on-chain activity, such as:

● Wallet interaction frequency ● Participation in gameplay or mission completions ● Referral or affiliate program metrics ● Airdrop claim patterns or smart contract behavior ● Engagement in ad-related mechanics (if opted-in)

These automated systems may influence non-critical platform functions — such as tier-based rewards, visibility in certain leaderboards, or eligibility for specific missions or drops — but they do not affect access to the RGG platform or user rights in a punitive or exclusionary way.

No Solely-Automated Legal or Significant Effects

RGG does not engage in profiling that leads to decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users (as defined under Article 22 of the GDPR). No user is subject to automated decisions that affect legal rights, such as banning, blacklisting, or financial obligations, without human oversight.

Transparency and Control

Where automation exists, we strive to keep its logic transparent and allow users to appeal or inquire about decisions through our support channels. You may contact us if you believe that automated logic has unfairly affected your interaction with the ecosystem, and we will review your case manually.
