Sharing of Information

We value your trust and take your privacy seriously. By default, RGG Squad does not sell, rent, lease, or trade any user data, anonymized or associated with a wallet address, to third parties for marketing purposes or profit. However, in certain limited circumstances, we may share information with third parties, under strict conditions:
a. Legal Compliance
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. This may include situations where we must assist law enforcement or regulatory bodies in investigations involving fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activities.
b. Third-Party Service Providers We may share non-identifiable data with service providers that help us operate or analyze our ecosystem. Examples include:
● Hosting infrastructure (e.g., cloud storage providers) ● Analytics platforms (e.g., Plausible, Fathom) ● Security monitoring services These providers are only given access to strictly necessary data for their functions and are contractually bound to protect it.
c. Ecosystem Integrity and Anti-Fraud To preserve the fairness of our airdrop, affiliate, and gaming systems, we may use or share pseudonymous information (e.g., wallet addresses, behavioral data) to detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse. For example, suspicious bot behavior or multiple claims from the same user may be flagged and assessed manually or with third-party tools. d. Business Transitions If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or other corporate restructuring, your pseudonymous data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such changes in control via the site or Discord. We do not share:
● Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is not collected by default. ● Data with advertisers or tracking networks. ● Information that would enable the profiling or targeting of individuals.
We aim to be transparent about all data flows and regularly audit our processes to ensure compliance with our privacy commitments.
