User Rights and Choices

At RGG Squad, we operate with a high level of pseudonymity. Most user interactions occur through wallet addresses and chosen nicknames rather than identifiable personal data. However, we recognize that users should still have control over their experience and the limited data that may be associated with them.

a. Pseudonymity and Data Removal Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain and our minimal data collection approach, we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) by default. This limits the applicability of traditional data removal rights, such as the “right to be forgotten.” However, we still honor requests to anonymize or delete off-chain data where applicable.

b. Wallet Disconnection Users can disconnect their wallet at any time to stop any new data association. This does not impact previously recorded on-chain activity, which remains immutable on the blockchain.

c. Nickname Change and Anonymization Users are free to change or remove their nickname, thereby altering how their activity appears in the platform’s interface. This allows for a layer of practical anonymity, even if full erasure is not technically feasible.

d. Opting Out of Analytics and Tracking Users can disable browser cookies and tracking technologies through their browser settings. We also honor “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals where technically supported.
