Introduction

These RGG Terms of Use, together with any supplemental terms and policies incorporated herein, constitute a legally binding agreement (collectively, the "Terms" or "Terms of Use") made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and the RGG Project ("RGG", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the www.rgg.fun website (the "Site"), the decentralized applications (the "App"), and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, smart contract, or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively with the Site and the App and any smart contracts or backend infrastructure operated by or on behalf of RGG, the "Services"). The Services include a decentralized utility token (the “RGG Token”), airdrop systems, open-world interactive gameplay, affiliate and content creator programs, a decentralized ad distribution network, and exclusive access to member-only content and experiences. The Services may run on one or more blockchain networks, including but not limited to the Solana Network (the "Blockchain"). They may involve smart contracts (each, a "Smart Contract") that facilitate the creation, transfer, distribution, and use of RGG Tokens and other digital assets ("Digital Assets"). Digital Assets may also include game-related items, promotional codes, resource tokens, or exclusive access content, depending on your use of the ecosystem. The Services are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation, or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions when you access and/or use the Services. The Services are intended only for users at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of the Services. By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to use them in your jurisdiction.

HE SERVICES INCLUDE FEATURES THAT ALLOW USERS TO PARTICIPATE IN RESOURCE-BASED GAMEPLAY, RECEIVE AIRDROPS, SUBMIT DECENTRALIZED AD CAMPAIGNS, AND ACCESS RESTRICTED DIGITAL CONTENT. YOU AGREE THAT, UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED OTHERWISE, RGG SHALL NOT BE A PARTY TO, OR HELD LIABLE FOR, ANY TRANSACTIONS, CONTENT, OR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTENT CREATORS, AFFILIATES, OR TOKEN HOLDERS. WE DO NOT FUNCTION AS A BROKER, WALLET PROVIDER, PAYMENT PROCESSOR, CUSTODIAN, EXCHANGE, MONEY SERVICES BUSINESS, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE AUTHENTICITY, ORIGIN, AND UTILITY OF ANY DIGITAL ASSETS YOU RECEIVE, CLAIM, OR TRANSFER WITHIN THE RGG ECOSYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT SECTION 13 OF THESE TERMS CONTAINS PROVISIONS GOVERNING HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US ARE RESOLVED. AMONG OTHER THINGS, SECTION 13 INCLUDES A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. WE MAKE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ONLY ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your data. By submitting any personal data through the Services, you expressly consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described in the Privacy Policy.
