Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a secure, fair, and thriving environment for all users, the following Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited behaviors and usage of the RGG Services, including but not limited to the RGG Token ecosystem, airdrop systems, ad platform, gaming features, and affiliate or content creator programs. By accessing or using RGG Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following: Prohibited Conduct:

● Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in or attempting to deceive the ecosystem through false referrals, fake ad interactions, self-rewarding airdrops using multiple wallets, or misrepresenting identity or affiliation. ● Automated Abuse: Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorized automation to interact with game mechanics, ad units, wallet interactions, or smart contracts. ● Security Violations: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the integrity or security of the Services, including hacking, phishing, wallet impersonation, or network probing. ● Disruption and Harassment: Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing other users via in-game chats, Discord, Telegram, wallet-linked nicknames, or any future social or communication integrations. ● Malicious Content: Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code, or using the platform to disseminate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity. ● Spamming and Scamming: Engaging in unsolicited promotional messages, chain messages, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers designed to mislead users or extract tokens/assets from others. ● Advertising Violations: Submitting misleading, offensive, or unauthorized advertisements; attempting to manipulate reward triggers (click fraud, view inflation); or posting prohibited content violating platform rules or applicable law. ● Airdrop Exploits: Attempting to game the airdrop system through mass wallet creation, referral loops, unauthorized resale of airdrop codes, or automated claiming tools.

Content Restrictions: Users may not upload, share, or distribute any content within the RGG platform (including usernames, game profiles, chat messages, affiliate content, or ad submissions) that: ● Infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights; ● Contains sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or hateful material; ● Violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations; ● Promotes illegal or unethical behavior, including financial scams or gambling in unauthorized jurisdictions.

Enforcement and Consequences: Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in: ● Suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Services; ● Revocation of earned rewards, airdrop eligibility, or token balances; ● Public flagging of offending wallet addresses or content; ● Legal action, including reporting to regulatory authorities, in fraud, theft, or abuse cases. RGG reserves the right to monitor user behavior through on-chain analytics and off-chain community activity. We may take action proactively or in response to user reports. Community Responsibility: As a participant in the RGG ecosystem, you are encouraged to report abuse, exploitation, or violations of this policy through official support channels. Maintaining a respectful and fair environment is a shared responsibility across all holders, players, creators, and businesses.
