The RGG Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, tools, decentralized applications (dApps), or other services that are not owned or controlled by RGG, including but not limited to wallet providers, ad verification tools, streaming platforms, blockchain explorers, or third-party games and APIs ("Third-Party Services").

No Endorsement or Control. RGG does not endorse, assume responsibility for, or control Third-Party Services. Interactions with such services are solely between you and the relevant third party. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of any Third-Party Services, and you are responsible for reviewing and understanding those before engaging.

Risks and Liability. You acknowledge and agree that RGG is not liable for any damage, loss, fraud, or disruption caused by your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services. This includes but is not limited to:

● Malfunctioning wallets or smart contract failures in third-party dApps; ● Malicious links or phishing attempts in externally submitted ads or content; ● Data breaches, loss of funds, or misrepresentation on affiliated services.

Ad Integrations and Affiliate Content. Businesses or users may link to or integrate Third-Party Services within ads, affiliate pages, or game content. While RGG may review such submissions for compliance, we do not guarantee the safety or reliability of these links. You access them at your own risk.

Third-Party Websites and Content. The Services may contain links to third-party websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, music, videos, applications, advertisements, software, and other content originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). When you click on such links or content, you may be redirected outside the RGG Services and subject to third-party terms and policies. These are not monitored or approved by RGG, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. If you decide to access or use any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content, you do so entirely at your own risk. RGG is not liable for purchases, data practices, or disputes arising from your interactions with third parties.

No Guarantees for Third-Party Assets or Content. RGG does not guarantee third-party tokens, assets, NFTs, or services that may be advertised or integrated into the ecosystem.Your responsibility is to evaluate the availability, legitimacy, and value of such items. We cannot ensure their continued presence, access, or market value.

Advertiser Representation. Suppose you are an advertiser using RGG Services. In that case, you represent and warrant that you hold all rights and authority necessary to publish and distribute your content, including intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and any contractual licenses.

Disclaimer. You acknowledge and agree that RGG shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your access to or use of any Third-Party Services, Websites, or Content. You expressly waive any such claims against RGG and its affiliates.
