Entire Agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us constitute the entire agreement between you and RGG Squad concerning the Services. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications between you and RGG Squad for the Services.

Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability. Suppose any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable. In that case, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

No Partnership. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created due to these Terms, and neither party has any authority to bind the other in any respect.

Survival. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination of your use of the Services shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
