Termination and Suspension

RGG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all parts of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

● Violation of these Terms or any related policies; ● Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; ● Security threats or risk of harm to other users or the platform; ● Misuse of the Services, including but not limited to the Ad System, Airdrop System, Gaming Features, or Affiliate Programs; ● Submission of false information or manipulation of smart contracts; ● Use of automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the RGG ecosystem; ● Repeated attempts to exploit game mechanics, airdrop logic, or advertising distribution rules; ● Inactivity or failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date account or wallet information.

Airdrop and Affiliate System Misuse: Any abuse of the airdrop system—including the use of multiple wallets, identity spoofing, fraudulent referrals, or unauthorized sharing of promo codes—may result in permanent suspension and revocation of all unclaimed or distributed airdrops. Affiliates found engaging in manipulation, spam, or other non-compliant promotional behavior will have their privileges revoked and may be permanently banned from the ecosystem.

Advertising Platform Abuse: Misuse of the decentralized ad system—including submitting misleading ads, attempting to bypass campaign restrictions, or defrauding the reward system through fake views or engagements—will lead to account suspension, forfeiture of tokens earned through deceptive means, and potential reporting to relevant legal authorities.

Gaming Platform Violations: Using hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantages in the gaming environment will result in the loss of in-game progress, token earnings, and account access. Repeated or serious violations may trigger chain-wide wallet bans or blacklisting.

User-Initiated Termination: You may terminate your use of the Services anytime by disconnecting your wallet and ceasing all interaction with the RGG ecosystem. However, any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination or suspension, your license to use the Services and any associated content or tokens shall immediately cease. RGG may, but is not obligated to, retain or delete any data, account history, or user-generated content.

No Liability: RGG shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination, suspension, or access restriction, including any impact on your digital assets, NFTs, user status, or in-game progression. We may refuse to provide Services to any user for any reason, including repeat violations or legal risk exposure.
