These communications may include notices about your account activity, updates to our terms, promotional messages, community alerts, technical support responses, and general information about your use of the Services. You agree that all electronic communications from us satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You further agree to retain copies of such communications for your records, whether by printing a paper copy or saving a digital file. RGG shall have no obligation to store or make available past communications for later retrieval unless required by applicable law. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

● You may receive system-generated messages and automated alerts related to smart contract interactions, gameplay achievements, wallet connections, and airdrop events. ● We may publish public or private updates containing critical updates or binding notices through community platforms (such as Discord and Telegram). ● Certain features of the Services may require participation or acknowledgment via a communication channel (e.g., wallet confirmation via a signed message, eligibility notice for airdrops via email or bot command, etc.).

Individuals can withdraw from promotional communications by adhering to the unsubscribe instructions detailed within such correspondence or by modifying their notification settings, if applicable. Nonetheless, it is important to note that individuals cannot withdraw from essential service-related communications unless they discontinue using the Services and eliminate any associated accounts or wallet integrations. Furthermore, individuals must maintain accurate contact information and monitor all pertinent communication channels. Neglecting these responsibilities may lead to missed notifications, a loss of eligibility, or restrictions on services, for which RGG assumes no liability.
