User Registration and Account Security

Creating an Account To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account or connect a third-party crypto wallet ("Account"). By registering or connecting your wallet, you agree to: (i) Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when prompted ("Registration Data"); (ii) Maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to ensure it remains accurate and complete; (iii) Consent to RGG using your Registration Data as permitted by applicable law, including sharing with affiliates or partners for operational and marketing purposes; (iv) Receive communications from RGG (e.g., via email, Discord, or other platforms) related to system updates, account activity, or promotional content. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and not a person barred from using the Services under applicable laws. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your Account and any use of your payment instruments (e.g., your wallet). You agree not to share your Account or credentials with anyone and to notify RGG immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. If any information you provide is false, incomplete, or outdated, or if RGG suspects such discrepancies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and block access to the Services. You agree not to create an Account using false information, or on behalf of another individual or entity, unless explicitly authorized. RGG may remove or reclaim usernames or wallet handles at its discretion. Your Account does not grant you property rights. All rights in and to your Account remain with RGG, and we may modify or revoke access at any time under these Terms. User Representations and Warranties By using the Services, you represent and warrant to RGG that:

● Authority: You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms. ● Accuracy: All submitted information, including Registration Data, is accurate and complete. ● Sanctions Compliance: You are not a person or entity subject to sanctions laws or restrictions (e.g., OFAC lists). ● Independent Judgment: You have conducted your investigation into RGG, blockchain technologies, and associated risks, and have not relied solely on statements from RGG when making your decision to use the Services. ● Litigation & Compliance: You are not involved in any legal proceedings that relate to your use of blockchain or token technologies, and you have not violated any laws governing such activities.

You are responsible for securing the necessary software and hardware to connect to the Services, including a compatible mobile device and internet access. You are also responsible for all fees and expenses incurred through accessing the Services (e.g., data charges).
