Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RGG and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and contractors (collectively, the "RGG Parties") from and against all actual or alleged claims, damages, awards, judgments, losses, liabilities, obligations, penalties, interest, fees, expenses (including attorneys' fees and court costs), and costs of every kind and nature whatsoever (collectively, "Claims"), whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, matured or unmatured, or suspected or unsuspected, in law or equity, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, that arise out of or are related to:

(a) your access to, use, or misuse of any part of the Services, including but not limited to the Airdrop system, decentralized ad system, or gaming platform; (b) your User Content, Submissions, or interactions with other users; (c) your violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (d) your violation of the rights of any third party, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (e) any fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the affiliate system or any gamified feature integrated within the Services; (f) your use or reliance on any Third-Party Services, linked content, or Digital Assets accessed through the RGG ecosystem; (g) Your failure to pay any applicable taxes related to your activities within the RGG platform or the use of any Digital Assets; (h) any breach of your representations and warranties in these Terms.

You agree to promptly notify the RGG Parties of any Claims, cooperate fully with RGG in defending such Claims, and allow RGG to assume exclusive control of the defense or settlement of any such Claims. RGG reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. You agree not to settle any Claim without RGG's prior written consent.

This indemnity is in addition to, and not instead of, any other indemnities outlined in any separate written agreement between you and RGG.
