Investigations

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor any user's access to or use of the Services, including any interaction involving RGG Tokens, the airdrop system, gaming elements, or the decentralized ad platform. This may include monitoring blockchain transactions, wallet activity, communications on affiliated platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram), and other forms of engagement. You acknowledge and agree that we may:

● Investigate any suspected breach of these Terms or any activity that violates the letter or spirit of our ecosystem. ● Cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or third parties as part of any investigation, and disclose user information as legally required or permitted. ● Take appropriate legal action against users who, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive behavior, including without limitation, fraud, scamming, token manipulation, abuse of the affiliate program, spamming, data scraping, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the airdrop or ad systems.

We may also suspend or terminate access to any part of the Services during an investigation or permanently, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms.

Any decision we make as a result of an investigation shall be final. We do not guarantee transparency or disclosure of all aspects of an investigation, particularly where such disclosure could impact the platform's integrity, users' safety, or our legal obligations. You agree to fully cooperate with any internal or external investigation and provide truthful, complete, and timely responses to any inquiries we or our partners may make.
