User Content

"User Content" means any information, materials, messages, or other content that a user submits to, shares with, or makes available through the RGG Services, including but not limited to content in user profiles, chat rooms, Discord channels, Telegram groups, social media posts, airdrop submissions, advertising campaigns, and other interactive features offered by RGG. You are solely responsible for your User Content. This includes all associated risks, such as reliance by others on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, or disclosure of personal or third-party information. You represent and warrant that:

● Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation. ● Your User Content does not infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. ● Your User Content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes prohibitions on hate speech, harassment, spam, and misinformation.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you must not imply or state that your User Content is sponsored, approved, or endorsed by RGG. Any content you submit is done so at your own risk, and RGG assumes no responsibility to preserve or back up such content. We may remove, alter, or block access to any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice. License Grant: By submitting any User Content, you grant RGG a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, display, publish, store, and otherwise exploit your User Content for purposes related to the operation and improvement of the Services, marketing, promotional efforts, compliance, or product development. This includes creating derivative works and redistributing your User Content across any media formats or distribution methods now known or later developed. Moral Rights Waiver: You waive any moral rights or rights of attribution concerning your User Content to the fullest extent permitted by law. Submissions and Feedback: Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, questions, or other similar submissions you provide to RGG (collectively, "Submissions") are entirely voluntary. RGG has no confidentiality obligations to such Submissions and may use them for any purpose, including commercial uses, without compensation or acknowledgment. You grant RGG a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, and otherwise exploit your Submissions in any manner. Moderation and Enforcement: RGG reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, or moderate any User Content. In cases where User Content is found to violate these Terms or any applicable law, RGG may take enforcement action, including removal of content, account suspension, or reporting to appropriate authorities. User Content submitted or published via third-party platforms (such as Discord or YouTube) remains subject to the terms of those platforms in addition to this Agreement.
