Eligibility and Jurisdiction

You may use the Services only if you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age; You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; You are not a person barred from receiving or using Services under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction; Your access to and use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where the offering or provision of such Services would violate applicable laws or require RGG to be registered or licensed. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all local laws, regulations, and restrictions.

RGG reserves the right to restrict access to the Services, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we determine in our sole discretion may expose us to legal liability or risk, or where use of the Services is otherwise unlawful. User Registration To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account or connect a supported third-party crypto wallet ("Account"). By creating or connecting an Account, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including contact details when prompted ("Registration Data"); (ii) maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate and complete; (iii) consent to the use of your Registration Data following applicable laws, including for operational, promotional, and security purposes; (iv) receive communications from RGG, including system notifications, service updates, and marketing messages, as permitted by law. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share access credentials or private wallet keys with anyone else. RGG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You agree not to create or use an Account using false information, on behalf of someone else (unless authorized by us), or if you are prohibited from using the Services. RGG reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or reclaim any Account or connected wallet address if we suspect unauthorized use, fraud, or misrepresentation. You acknowledge and agree that your Account is not your property and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at RGG's discretion per these Terms.
